In 1955 Walt Disney opened Disney Land amid a resounding success!!!
But from the beginning Walt Disney was beset with doubters who thought he was the quintessential DREAMER who would fail in his venture. Walt Disney, however, was imbued with the passion and confidence--something that came from his unrelenting hunger and desire to realize his dream. I call it: "the ability to walk into your dream"-- and to tap into the nucleus of where dreams originate.
Walt Disney was possessed with the gift of predicting the future. His future, however, rested in the recesses of his heart and mind.
He had the ability to SEE and BELIEVE in his DREAMS...
Do you?

Today I Made 1 Cent!!! It's The Beginning of Something Good
Wake Up Everyone!!
Today I managed to make 1 Cent on Google Adsense. I am telling you this because I discovered that it is possible to make money on the internet doing something you love. I know it's only 1 penny but it is hard proof that the system I have begun is a legitimate process. I am ecstatic!!!
Take a look at this link to Anthony Robbins. He will help you get focused this New Year to go out and make things happen.
Listen, no one is going to give you anything. Go out and make it happen.
This is the first step in life design...
Pip--you asked me to write about how I am going to go about Re-designing My Life!!!
Step one:
Get Excited About Something. Get a clear picture of what you want to do-- get it in your mind's eye. Do some research on it. Talk to people about it. Then, take Action. You will make incremental steps towards accomplishing whatever it is you want to do.

Recipe-4-Success!!!! (Part 1)
Introduction:
We're all hungry to achieve some sort of 'Success' in our lives. For some of us it proves an ever elusive pursuit, and we spend our every waking minute thinking about it and contemplating on it. In this post i will posit that for most of us our view of 'Success' is skewed, and what we really need is a new perspective... we need to get a different angle on what it means to be 'Successful'. Take a look a look at my recipe for success that i have put together over the course of 5 years thinking about what it is to be 'Successful'.
For now I will present part 1 of what it means to be SUCCESSFUL. It deals with our basic need to have great relationships with others--- whether for personal or professional reasons.
Inter-Personal Relationships:
1-Smile: I grew up in Mexico in a little village. It was customary back then to sit out on the porch in the evenings to relax in the company of family and friends. I recall that my grandfather and grandmother would greet every passerby. It didn't matter whether my grandparents were involved in serious/heated conversation, if someone walked by, my grandparents would smile and say 'buenas tardes' or 'buenas noches." Thinking back on this I have realized that in a very tight knit village--human relationships were very important and everyone depended on each other. A simple smile did wonders to maintain cordial and positive relationships. Thanks 'Abuelitos'!!
Later I will talk about the power of a smile with large groups of people and with people who do not know English. It's REVOLUTIONARY what a SMILE can do.
2-Say Hello and Goodbye with Genuine Eye-Contact: Again the Smile coupled with a proper "Hello" "Hi" and "Goodbye" or "Take Care" must trigger something in our nature that demonstrates happiness."
Note: an unanticipated or unexpected greeting or goodbye has an off the chart positive effect on a person.
3-Be In The Moment: which implies practicing your listening skills. Look into the person's eyes and focus on his/her words when they talking to you. Chime in with an response when appropriate and try to tap into his/her feelings--no matter the content of their conversation with you. You will quickly realize that people will want to talk to you and they will want your opinion... but use caution because you will become very popular.
Note: if the talk generates to negative talk or gossip about someone you know... you may want to say something like "hey you know I care about you and would much rather hear about you and your problems not another's'..." Try this. It's hard to do because most of us don't want to offend, but they will respect you more in the long run.
4-Say I am Sorry and Recognize Your Faults: Okay so by now you must realize and get the idea that as people we're very frail indeed and we have lots of blemishes in our character. Nothing is worse, i guess, than crossing paths with someone who thinks they are free from human frailties.
I have only to look at myself and my poor decisions and actions in my life to 'get this concept." Thank goodness i have begun to get it through my thick skull though... So practice saying "I am sorry for hurting you." And remember look into their eyes so people will know you are genuine by taking the time to peer into their soul. This works wonders for repairing relationships. (Note: as I write this post I am reminded of someone I have to apologize to--by the way, I have learned that this takes practice... good luck.
"Take Care-Smile!!!"

LIfe Design, If You Are Serious About It, Is Tough Work!!!
Last night I stayed up until 5 a.m.. I haven't done that since I was in college, but it's because I'm so excited about what I have begun to do in my life. I have always wanted to take control of my emotions, my physical body, and now I have started, and hence, sleep is now something that can wait. I am on a path to succeed. I owe this to myself and my family. Wish me luck.

I am excited about a new book!!!
Three years ago i began a journey. No, I didn't have to go anywhere geographically. Heaven knows how I despise sitting for long boring drives. My journey was a journey of the mind. I set out on this journey because I knew that somewhere out there beyond my immediate surroundings there had to be more.
In 2008 I picked up a book called the Four Hour Work Week. Why? because I needed more something more in my life. I was growing tired and bored with my daily experience. I was in a rut. I needed to get out and the book provided a window to peer out of into another a possibility, another world that lay outside of my emotional dwelling.
I have read the book 3 times now. Why? I don't know--i guess I wanted to let it sink a little at a time, and it has. I have now begun to implement the concepts and ideas contained in the book. There are lots of interesting concepts, but essentially it comes down to a couple of very powerful and life-changing ideas: DREAM! TAKE ACTION! DON'T WAIT.
I have now read other books that you must know about they will change your life.
YOU ARE AN AMAZING PERSON WITH HIDDEN TALENTS AND SKILLS!!!
Don't sell yourself short.
Follow your HEART!!! Listen to that feeling inside you that INSTINCTIVELY shows you the path to your HAPPINESS AND ULTIMATE SUCCESS!!!!
